$285 (prepaid before midnight, September 30, 2021)
$315 (prepaid October 1, 2020 - April 19, 2022)
$345 (prepaid April 20 - Day of Departure)
Charges include admission to Chiro CE Cruise Seminar, accompanying notes. State CE verification letters are $50 per state.
Seminar Dates and Times: March 22 and 25, 2022, 8am-3pm.
Registration fees are not transferable to another individual.
**Registration is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.**
REFUND POLICY:
In the event that you cannot attend this seminar that is prepaid, Refunds will be processed as follows: Prior to January 1, 2022, a 25% administration fee will be deducted from amount paid. From January 1, 2022 through February 28 a 50% administrative fee will be deducted from amount paid. There are no refunds after March 1, 2022. You cannot transfer your registration to someone else.
All efforts to ensure privacy of payment information have been taken.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the unlikely event that Chiro CE Destinations, LLC, DBA Chiro CE Cruise, cancels these seminar dates, March 22 and 25 , 2022, for any reason, and at any time, the registrant will receive 100% refund of paid seminar fees (less 3% PayPal card processing fee) and agrees to Hold Harmless Chiro CE Destinations, LLC for any losses associated with this seminar including but, not limited to, the cost of the cruise, any and all associated travel expenses.
